Our Version Of A Disney Dole Whip!

I am sure you guys can guess, our family is missing Disneyland something fierce! We think about the parks daily. Mila and I talk at great lengths about our favorite rides, what we miss most, and the things we’ll do first whenever we go back. (Hoping I’ll feel comfortable at some point to return once they open) As you know, one of my favorite things to do is create sweet treats at home. So far we’ve made popcorn, kettle corn, churros. We have Mickey shaped pretzels on our list and of course a Dole Whip. Now I know Disney has shared their recipe for an at home Dole Whip, but I have to be honest … I like my version better! It takes two ingredients and tastes delicious!

If you have frozen pineapple, coconut cream and a blender then you are on your way to Dole Whip paradise! Here is how I make mine version …

Our Version Of A Disney Dole Whip

What You Need; 4 cups frozen pineapple, 1 can of coconut cream. You can also add about 1/4 cup of pineapple juice to help the blender.

What You Do

-Pour in frozen pineapple and can of coconut cream in a blender.

-Blend until smooth. If your blender needs liquid to help blend, then you can add a few tablespoons of pineapple juice at a time. Careful to not add too much juice as you want to keep it as thick as possible.
