Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew AT HOME!

 

Most of us all know (and adore) the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at Starbucks. I look forward to it every year and ya, I bought one back in August when pumpkin season hit us. But I’ve figured out a way to enjoy that same (if not better ;) pumpkin flavored cold cream beverage at home! It is so simple and can be stored in your fridge for easy access. You don’t need much and honestly that should peak your interest right there. Nothing worse than having to pull out all the bells and whistles for a caffeine kick at home. Seriously, make this and you’ll have it on hand all week to enjoy.

“Be your own barista!” is what my mom told me when I left Starbucks to fulfill my dreams of being … no wait, I left Starbucks to work retail and my mom never told me that. Ok well anyways, be your own barista friends!! Happy Pumpkin Season!

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew


 
 

Ingredients

Your Favorite Cold Brew Or Iced Coffee

3 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon

An air tight storage bottle/carafe

Makes About 6 Servings

Store In Air Tight Carafe For Up To 7 Days


 
 

Directions

Step 1: This pumpkin cream stores well for up to week in an air tight carafe or any type of pourable container.

Step 2: To your carafe add in the; pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, heavy cream and pumpkin spice and mix mix mix until everything is combined.

Step 3: When you’d like to serving some, pour about 3 tablespoons of your pumpkin cream into a small cup. With a hand held frother, froth up the pumpkin cream until it doubles in size. You can also add this to any milk frother you have!

Step 4: Pour yourself a cup of cold brew or iced coffee but leave about an inch of room at the top.

Step 5: Pour your frothy pumpkin cream on top of your coffee and enjoy!!
